Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. For example, perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that are not eligible for return:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Books showing obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will automatically be credited, within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at contact@manganimeo.com and send your item to: 3 Rue Tristan Tzara, Paris, 75018, France.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 3 Rue Tristan Tzara, Paris, 75018, France.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

It takes approximately 5 to 12 business days to receive your order. In addition, delivery is free . We do our best to deliver to you as quickly and carefully as possible, rest assured!
Simply go to theTrack My Order section with your tracking number, or with your name and order number.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
Very often our emails arrive directly in your spam . You automatically receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is validated, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification, which will contain a link to the order tracking details. You can also visit the "track my order" page to know the status of your order in real time.
